Therapy and assessment
Psychology
Some things are hard to work through on your own. Our psychologists take the time to understand what's going on for you before talking about what might help.
What this service is
Creating space for growth, healing and change.
Life can bring challenges that affect how we think, feel and connect with others. Whether you're navigating a difficult period, seeking greater self-understanding or looking for a psychological assessment, our psychologists provide evidence-informed care tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Psychology supports children, adolescents and adults through assessment and therapy, helping people build resilience, strengthen wellbeing and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
This service may be right for you if…

Our approach
Psychology that meets you where you are.
Psychological care is most effective when it reflects your experiences, goals and readiness for change. Our approach is collaborative, evidence-informed and tailored to the individual.
Individualised care
No two people have the same experiences or goals. Therapy is tailored to your circumstances, building on your strengths while supporting the areas you'd like to change.
Evidence-informed practice
Our psychologists draw on established therapeutic approaches and adapt them to your needs. Recommendations are explained clearly so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Meaningful progress
Growth looks different for everyone. Together, we'll focus on practical, achievable changes that support your wellbeing, relationships and participation in everyday life.
Getting started
What to expect
Your first appointment is an opportunity to get to know one another. Your psychologist will take the time to understand what's brought you to therapy, learn about your experiences and discuss what you'd like to achieve. Together, you'll decide on the most appropriate approach, with regular opportunities to review your progress as your needs change.

Paying for it
Funding
Psychology can be funded through the NDIS for eligible participants, and privately for everyone else. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants.
A Medicare rebate may also apply if you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP and you're seeing a registered psychologist. Our admin team will confirm the fees with you before your first appointment, so there are no surprises.
Our people
Your clinicians
Our psychologists come from a mix of backgrounds and ways of working. If the first match isn't the right fit, tell us — changing clinicians is normal and it won't offend anyone.

Questions are welcome.
If an answer does not quite fit your circumstances, contact us and we'll help you understand your options.
Do I need a referral?+
You can contact us directly for private psychology appointments. A valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP is generally required if you wish to claim an eligible Medicare rebate.
Can psychology be funded through the NDIS?+
Psychology may be funded through the NDIS for eligible participants when the support aligns with their plan and funding arrangements. Share your relevant plan details with us and our team will confirm what may apply before services begin.
What if the first clinician is not the right fit?+
Tell us. A comfortable therapeutic relationship matters, and we can talk with you about whether another available clinician or service may be more suitable.
